دراسة قياسية للعوامل الاقتصادية المعيقة لاستراتيجية تنويع الصادرات المعتمدة على المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر خلال الفترة (2000-2020)

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى البحث في العوامل الاقتصادية التي تعيق تنمية صادرات المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، وذلك بعرضنا لواقع التجارة الخارجية من خلال التطرق إلى هيكل الصادرات والواردات ووضعية الميزان التجاري وواقع المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، أما الدراسة الإحصائية فكانت من خلال إجراء دراسة قياسية باستخدام نموذج الابطاء الزمني (ARDL)، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى بين صادرات المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وكل من التضخم المستورد والتضخم المحلي وسعر الصرف الحقيقي ومؤشر الانفتاح الاقتصادي في المدى الطويل والقصير. Abstract: The study aims to search for the economic factors that impede the export development strategy outside the hydrocarbon sector, which depends on small and medium enterprises, by presenting the reality of foreign trade by addressing the structure of both imports and exports and the reality of small and medium enterprises, and the status of trade balance. As for the statistical study, by conducting the necessary tests, we found an inverse relationship between the exports of small and medium enterprises and both imported inflation and the openness index in the short and long term,
