العلاقة السياسية بين السلطة الزيانية وقبائل بني عامر عهدي السلطانين يغمراسن بن زيان (633هـ - 681ه / 1235م- 1285م ( والسلطان أبي حمو موسى الثاني ( 760هـ - 791ه/ 1359م – 1389م ـ) دراسة مقارنة

Résumé: ملخص: يتناول هذا المقال بالدراسة العلاقة السياسية بين السلطة الزيانية وقبائل بني عامر عهدي السلطانين يغمراسن بن زيان و أبو حمو موسى الثاني متطرقا فيه إلى أهم الإشكاليات المطروحة، والتي تتمحور حول مظاهر التحولات السياسية والمؤثرات الفاعلة في سيرورة العلاقة العبدوادية وقبائل بني عامر، إضافة إلى أوجه التحالف والتنافس القائم والعوامل التي كانت وراء ذلك والتي من شأنها أن تؤثر على استقرار الدولة أو اضطرابها ، وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن الدور السياسي الذي لعبته قبائل بنو عامر من 633 هـ - 1235م إلى 791هـ - 1389م ساعد في ترسيخ ووضع أركان الدولة الزيانية ودعم نفوذ سلاطينها الذين بدورهم مارسوا سياسة مرنة من أجل الحفاظ على ولاء هذه القبائل التي كان لها حضور متميز ودائم في مختلف الأحداث التي مرت بها الدولة الزيانية، رغم أن ذلك الحضور اتسم بالمصلحة المشتركة بحكم أن هذه القبائل لم تكن بمثابة التابع فقط وإنما كان لها تأثير مباشر على الحكم، وهذا ما يبين مكانة بني عامر مع السلطة الزيانية وضعف هذه السلطة أحيانا . Abstract: This article examines the political relationship between the Zayyanide authority and the “ banu Amir tribes” during the reigns of sultans yaghmurasen ibn Zayyan and Abu hammu Musa II, It addresses the Key issue of the political transformation and the influencing factors that shaped the course of relation between the abd al-wadid dynasty and the “ banu Amir tribes”. The study also explores aspects of alliance and rivalry between the two parties, along with the underlying causes that impacted the stability or instability of the Zayyanid state. The study concludes that the political role played by the “ Banu Amir tribes” from 633AH/ 1235AD to 791AH/ 1389AD contributed to consolidating the foundations of the Zayyanid State and strengthening the authority of its rulers. These rulers, in turn, adopted a flexible policy to maintain the loyalty of these tribes, which had a distinct and continuous presence in the various events experienced by the state. This presence was based on mutual interest, as the “ Banu Amir” were not merely subordinate but had a direct influence on governance. This highlights both their significant position within the Zayyanid state and the occasional weakness of the central authority.
