Résumé: إن أهمية الإعلام وارتباطه بقضية الأمن الوطني والأزمات الأمنية قد تعاظمت في كثير من الدول في ظل ثورة الاتصالات وظهور أشكال و وسائل جديدة من الإعلامي. إلا أن هذه الوسائل الإعلامية الجديدة قد تحولت في العصر الحالي إلى أدوات تستخدمها البعض في أوقات الأزمات بشكل سلبي قد يهدد الأمن والسلم الاجتماعي خاصة مع غياب تطبيق الأمن الإعلامي الناتج عن غياب خطة إستراتيجية إعلامية تعمل على توظيف وسائل الإعلام في أوقات الأزمات الأمنية، وأصبح ذلك من أكثر التحديات التي تواجه الإعلاميين والمؤسسات الإعلامية والتربوية معاً. لذا تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى رصد وتحليل وتفسير اتجاهات النخبة الأكاديمية والإعلامية وأرائهم نحو أهم استراتيجيات تعميم مفهوم الأمن الإعلامي في أوقات الأزمات الأمنية ودورها في إدارة هذه الأزمات. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها أن تفعيل استراتيجيات الأمن الإعلامي في أوقات الأزمات الأمنية سوف يعزز الشعور بالانتماء والمواطنة والمحافظة على الهوية الوطنية يكفل الارتقاء بالأداء الإعلامي وفقاً لقواعد المهنية المتمثلة بتقديم الخدمة الإخبارية، والمعلومة الصحيحة، و يحقق الأمن الوطني مما يحافظ على أمن البلاد واستقرارها The importance of the media and its link to the issue of national security and security crises has increased in many countries in light of the communications revolution and the emergence of new forms and means of media.
