الأثر الارتدادي والتفاعلي بين السياسة المالية والنقدية على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1980-2017) دراسة قياسية.

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة لمعرفة تأثير السياسة المالية والسياسة النقدية على النمو الاقتصادي وذلك بالتطبيق على الجزائر خلال الفترة (1980-2017)، فتم تناول مكون للسياسة المالية متمثلا في النفقات العامة (G)، كما تضمنت السياسة النقدية مكون أيضاً وهو المعروض النقدي(M2)، إضافة إلى قيمة نصيب الفرد من الدخل الوطني كمتغير تابع، وذلك من خلال تطبيق نموذج الانحدار الذاتي المتجه (VAR) على بيانات سنوية. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة لا يوجد علاقة تكامل مشترك بين المتغيرات، وهذا ما أدى بنا إلى استخدام تقدير نموذج شعاع الانحدار الذاتي (VAR)، لا توجد علاقة سببية، بمعنى أن السياسة المالية والسياسة النقدية لا يسببان النمو الاقتصادي، وهناك علاقة طردية بين قيمة النمو الاقتصادي والمعروض النقدي، أيضا هناك علاقة عكسية بين قيمة النمو الاقتصادي ومعدل الإنفاق العام. This paper aims to know the impact of fiscal policy and monetary policy on economic growth by applying to Algeria during the period (1980-2017), so a component of financial policy was covered in the form of public expenditures (G), and the monetary policy also included a component which is the money supply (M2), In addition to the value of the per capita national income as a dependent variable, by applying the vector self-regression model (VAR) to annual data. Among the most important results of the study is that there is no common integration relationship between the variables, and this has led us to use the estimation of the self-regression beam model (VAR), there is no causal relationship, in the sense that fiscal policy and monetary policy do not cause economic growth, and there is a direct relationship between The value of economic growth and money supply. There is also an inverse relationship between the value of economic growth and the rate of public spending
