الإطار القانوني لجمعيات حماية المستهلك

Résumé: تبقى جمعية حماية المستهلك من أنشط الجمعيات التي تقوم على حماية وأمن وسلامة المستهلك فهذا الأخير يعتبر أهم انشغالاتها في شتى المجالات الاقتصادية الثقافية والاجتماعية، وذلك بالتنسيق مختلف الأجهزة المتخصصة، والهيئات والسلطات العاملة هذا من جهة، وبين أعضائها من جهة أخرى، حسب القانون المعمول به والساري المفعول في تأسيس الجمعيات، القانون 12-06 المتعلق بالجمعيات ودورها وقائي يتمثل في التحسيس وإعلام المستهلك وتوعيته بكل المستجدات في جميع الميادين، أما تمثيل المستهلك في قطاعات القضاء ومختلف الهيئات الأخرى، عن طريق المقاطعة والدعاية المقابلة يعتبر دور دفاعي. الكلمات المفتاحية: جمعية حماية المستهلك، القانون 12-06، الدور الوقائي، الدور الدفاعي.
