Résumé: يعالج هذا البحث معيقات إنشاء المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بالجزائر، وهذا بالاعتماد على عدد من الأرقام والإحصائيات، التي تشخص وضع إنشاء المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة الجزائرية. This research deals with obstacles to the creation of small and medium-sized enterprises in Algeria, and this is based on a set of numbers and statistics, which diagnosed the status of the creation of the Algerian small and medium enterprises.
