دور البرامج التدريبية في رفع بعض الكفايات الإدارية للعاملين في الإدارات الرياضية

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على درجة رفع البرامج التدريبية للكفايات الإدارية للعاملين في الإدارة الرياضية، ، حيث تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في ما يلي: مشكلة الدراسة: ما درجة مساهمة البرامج التدريبية في رفع بعض الكفايات الإدارية لدى العاملين في الإدارات الرياضية الفرضية العامة: تساهم البرامج التدريبية في رفع بعض الكفايات الإدارية لدى العاملين في الإدارات الرياضية وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة في العاملين في الإدارات الرياضية الجزائرية، حيث قدر عدد أفراد الدراسة 37 فرد، وزع عليهم استبانة مكون من جزئيين، الجزء الأول اشتمل على معلومات أولية تتعلق بعينة الدراسة وجاء فيها بيانات تتعلق '' السن، الجنس، المسمى الوظيفي، عدد الدورات التكوينية التي شارك فيها، الخبرة، المستوى الدراسي، الشهادة المحصل عليها''، أما الجزء الثاني فتكون من17 عبارة كل عبارة تحتمل خمس دراجات من حيث الموافقة بشدة والموافقة، والحياد، وغير موافق، وغير موافق بشدة، موزعة على محورين، وتم إتباع خطوات المنهج الوصفي لمعالجة إشكالية الدراسة، ومن خلال تحليل نتائج الدراسة تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات نورد أهمها: البرامج التدريبية تساهم بدرجة متوسطة في رفع الكفاية التنظيمية لدى العاملين في الإدارات الرياضية بمدرية الشباب والرياضة بولاية تبسة. البرامج التدريبية تساهم بدرجة متوسطة في رفع الكفاية الإتصالية لدى العاملين في الإدارات الرياضية بمدرية الشباب والرياضة بولاية تبسة.
