التوجه نحو الاقتصاد الأخضر: عرض تجارب عربية مع الإشارة إلى حالة الجزائر

Résumé: يعتبر الاقتصاد الأخضر نموذج من نماذج التنمية الاقتصادية التي تهدف إلى تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، والتي تأخذ بعين الاعتبار الجوانب البيئية التي من شأنها توجيه الدول إلى تحقيق الأمثلية في استغلال مواردها، والخروج من الأزمات التي تلوح على الأفق كأزمة الغذاء، الوقود والطاقات سيما غير المتجددة. وتهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى استعراض تجارب بعض الدول العربية في التحول نحو الاقتصاد الأخضر الداعم للتنمية المستدامة (تونس، المغرب والإمارات العربية) مع الإشارة إلى تجربة الجزائر . The green economy is a model of economic development that aims to achieve sustainable development, and which takes into account the environmental aspects that would direct countries to optimize the exploitation of their resources, and to get out of the looming crises such as the crisis of food, fuel and energies, especially non-renewable energies. This research paper aims to review the successful experiences of some Arab countries in the transition towards a green economy that supports sustainable development (Tunisia, Morocco and the United Arab Emirates), with reference to the experience of Algeria.
