Résumé: This study aimed to find out the impact of information and Communication Technology in activating the performance of Human Resources Management at cossidar msila by providing a study of the dimensions of the independent variable information and Communication Technology represented by (hardware and software, communication networks, databases) on the dependent variable, which is human resources management, and the analytical description method was used for the study, where the analytical descriptive method was relied on, where the descriptive method was relied on in the theoretical part of the work, while the analysis was used in the applied aspect by highlighting the relationship between information and communication technology and Human Resources Management To achieve the objectives of the study, the questionnaire was used as a primary tool in data collection and was distributed to a sample of 32 individuals from all employees of the cossidar Foundation in Mesilla and its interlocutor was processed using the spss28 program. The results of the study have shown that there is an impact on the use of information and communication technology on the human resource in the cosidar institution in Msila, that is, information and communication technology 96 contribute to raising and improving the performance of Human Resources Management.
