ثقافة التوجيه المهني لدى أولياء أمور طلبة مدارس التعليم الحكومية بسلطنة عمان وأعضاء الهيئات الإدارية والتدريسية التابعة لها
Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على ثقافة التوجيه المهني لدى أولياء أمور طلبة مدارس التعليم الحكومية بسلطنة عمان والهيئات الإدارية والتدريسية التابعة لها، والكشف عن الفروق في تلك الثقافة وفقا لمتغيرات النوع الاجتماعي والخبرة والمؤهل العلمي والصف الدراسي والمحافظة التعليمية والمسمى الوظيفي، تكونت عينة الدراسة من أولياء الأمور وأعضاء الهيئة الإدارية والتدريسية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن ثقافة التوجيه المهني عند أفراد العينة تتسم بالضعف في بعض النقاط وتمتاز بالقوة في بعضها الآخر، كما وجدت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في ثقافة التوجيه المهني عند أولياء الأمور تعزى لمتغير الصف الدراسي والمحافظة التعليمية، وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في ثقافة التوجيه المهني عند الهيئة الإدارية تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي والمحافظة التعليمية، وبناء على النتائج السابقة تم صياغة بعض التوصيات والمقترحات لخدمة الحقل التربوي. Abstract: The study aimed to identify the culture of career guidance among the parents of students in the Government education schools in Oman and its administrative and teaching members and to discover the differences in that culture according to the gender, experience, scientific qualification, grade, educational governorate and job title. The study found that the culture of career guidance in the sample is weak in some points and is characterized by strength in others. There were also differences of statistical significance in the culture of career guidance in parents due to the variable of the academic grade and the governorate of education, there are differences of statistical significance in the culture of professional guidance at the administrative due to the variable of scientific qualification and educational maintenance. Based on the previous results, some recommendations and suggestions were formulated to serve the educational field.
