العوامل النفسية وعلاقتها بالمرض السكري دراسة أنثروبولوجيا

Résumé: إنّ مرض السكري من الأمراض المزمنة التي لها تأثيرات خاصة على الحالة النفسية للمريض وعائلاتهم، فالمرض يمثل حالة طويلة الأمد من صراع مستمر بين المصاب وبين المرض وتكاليفه وما يحمله من دلالات مهددة للحياة. وأنّ دور العامل النفسي يتمثل في الإسراع بالإصابة بمرض السكري للأشخاص الذين لديهم استعداد وراثيّ للإصابة بالمرض، وتحديد قدرة المصاب على الاستجابة للعلاج عند بدء تشخيص المرض. فعلاقة المرض السكري بالعامل النفسي تعتبر علاقة ثنائية حيث أنّ الحالة النفسية السيئة للمريض السكري تؤدي إلى اختلال في نسبة السكر في الدم عن الحد الطبيعي والعكس صحيح. وردود فعل المريض السكري تختلف من إنسان لآخر وتتمثل في تقبله للمرض ومتابعته للعلاج أو رفضه وعدم تقبله للمرض أو للعلاج وبالتالي تكون هناك الكثير من الضغوطات على المريض السكري وهذه الضغوطات تؤثر نفسيا سلبيا على المريض والمحيطين به. فوجود مشاكل نفسية تقلل من الاستجابة للعلاج وتطيل في التحكم في المرض والحد من خطورته ومضاعفاته. Résume: Le diabète est une maladie chronique qui a un impact particulier sur l'état psychologique du malade et de sa famille. Le diabète représente un état de long combat ininterrompu entre le patient et la maladie avec toutes les dépenses médicales, et les conséquences qui peuvent être potentiellement mortelles. Le facteur psychologique joue un rôle essentiel dans le développement du diabète chez les personnes ayant une prédisposition génétique à la maladie et dans la détermination de la capacité du patient à consentir au traitement au début du diagnostic de la maladie. Par conséquent, la relation entre la maladie du diabète et le facteur psychologique est une relation bilatérale, parce que le mauvais état psychologique d'un patient atteint de diabète conduit à une augmentation du taux de sucre dans le sang, et vice versa. Les réactions d'un patient diabétique diffèrent d'une personne à l'autre. Les patients réagissent différemment en acceptant la maladie et son traitement, ou bien en les rejetant ; dans ce cas, ils refusent de se traiter. Par conséquent, les patients atteints de diabète vont vivre sous une grande pression, qui logiquement devrait avoir un impact psychologique négatif sur le patient et les gens autour de lui. L'existence de problèmes psychologiques réduit les chances de répondre positivement au traitement ; Ils n'aident pas à contrôler la maladie et à réduire sa gravité et ses complications Summary : Diabetes is among the chronic diseases that have special impacts on the psychological state of patients and their families. Having a disease means a long-term state of continuous fight between the patient and the illness, along with all the medical expenses and life-threatening implications. The psychological factor plays an essential role in developing diabetes for people with a genetic predisposition to the disease, and in determining the patient's capacity to consent to treatment at the beginning of the diagnosis of the disease. Therefore, the relationship between the diabetes disease and the psychological factor is a bilateral relationship, because the poor psychological condition of a patient with diabetes leads to an imbalance in his blood sugar and vice versa. The reactions of a diabetic patient differ from one person to another. Patients react differently in accepting the disease and its treatment, or rejecting it and not treating it. Consequently, there will be a great pressure on patients with diabetes. These pressures have a negative psychological impact on the patient and the people around him. The existence of psychological problems reduces the chance of responding positively to treatment; they do not help in controlling the disease and reducing its severity and its complications
