Résumé: هذه الدراسة تبحث في دور حاضنات الأعمال التكنولوجية في تعزيز قدرات المؤسسات الناشئة، مع التركيز على حاضنة الأعمال In5. تؤكد الدراسة على أن هذه الحاضنات تشكل دعامة أساسية للابتكار والنمو في الاقتصاد، بفضل الخدمات المتعددة التي تقدمها مثل التمويل، الإرشاد، التدريب والدعم اللوجستي، مما يساعد على صقل مهارات رواد الأعمال وتطوير منتجاتهم. وقد توصلت الدراسة الى العديد من النتائج أهمها أن حاضنات الأعمال التكنولوجية ركيزة أساسية في منظومة ريادة الأعمال، حيث تسهم في تسريع نمو المؤسسات الناشئة وتعزيز قدراتها التنافسية، وتعتبر النتائج التي حققتها حاضنة In5 عاملا أساسيا في تعزيز مكانة دبي باعتبارها وجهة عالمية جذابة لرواد الأعمال من مختلف أنحاء العالم. This research focused on evaluating how technology business incubators support startups. Incubators play a pivotal role in fostering innovation and growth by providing a conducive environment for entrepreneurs through a range of essential services in financing, mentoring, training, and providing the infrastructure necessary for product development. The study reached several conclusions, the most important of which is that technology business incubators are a fundamental pillar in the entrepreneurship ecosystem. They contribute to accelerating the growth of startups and enhancing their competitive capabilities. The results achieved by the In5 incubator are a key factor in strengthening Dubai's position as an attractive global destination for entrepreneurs from around the world.
