Résumé: الملخص : لقد كان القرن التاسع عشر في العالم العربي الإسلامي قرن الانحطاط والضعف والتخلف وتميز بسلطة المستبد وسلطة الاستعمار الغربي، وظهرت خلاله حركة الإصلاح وتبنى هذه الحركة مجموعة من المثقفين كجمال الدين الأفغاني، وعبد الرحمن الكواكبي، وعلي عبد الرازق، هؤلاء الذين حملوا لواء الإصلاح والنهوض الحضاري، وسميت هذه الفترة بعصر النهضة العربية، وكان الإصلاح في العالم العربي الإسلامي متنوعا بين الديني والسياسي للوقوف عند أسباب الضعف والتخلف الذي يعيشه العالم العربي والإسلامي، ولتقديم الحلول للنهوض واللحاق بالركب الحضاري. Abstract : The nineteenth century in the Arab-Islamic world was a century of decadence, weakness and backwardness, and was characterized by the authority of the despot and the power of Western colonialism, during which the reform movement emerged and this movement was adopted by a group of intellectuals such as Jamal al-Din al-Afghani, Abdul Rahman al-Kawakibi, and Ali Abdul-Raziq, those who carried the banner of reform and civilized advancement, This period was called the era of the Arab renaissance, and the reform in the Arab-Islamic world varied between the religious and the political, to stand up to the causes of weakness and backwardness in the Arab and Islamic world, and to provide solutions for the advancement and catch-up of civilization
