Résumé: The purpose of this study is to identify indicators for sustainable tourism as dimensions of sustainable development and the specificity of the brood Hodhna, meet the wishes and requirements of tourist satisfaction in accordance with the privacy destination (Bou saâda, Maadeed) and the acceptance of the local society, with the possibility of involving the latter in the development of sustainable tourism in the welcoming destination mentioned above. In this study we used the descriptive method to analyze the tourism reality in the study sites, and inductive to determine sustainable tourism indicators, and preparation of three questionnaires were designed to achieve the objectives, the first questionnaire is devoted to the determination of sustainable tourism indicators in the study area using the Delphi technique, the second questionnaire for tourists to assess satisfaction with the destination host, the third questionnaire for local people to see the degree of participation in the development of sustainable tourism. In this study we found many results, notably a consensus final indicators for sustainable tourism expert proposed the brood area both quantitative and qualitative characteristics of good indicators identified by the World Tourism Organization, the need to achieve the satisfaction of tourists through satisfy and needs In keeping with the privacy community, the abundance of cultural heritage both tangible and intangible, destination host (Bou saâda, Maadeed), With the diversity of the natural tourist contributed mainly to obtain the degree of satisfaction from tourists for party purposes, which hosts an estimated (3.13) as the arithmetic mean, the degree of participation of local people in the development of sustainable tourism for the destination host (Bou saâda, Maadeed.), classified in class Arithmetic average and high capacity of (4.00). The study found some recommendations: protection and valorisation of cultural heritage destination host, media and promotion and marketing of the tourism product, the development of sustainable tourism destination host through the adoption of global standards for sustainable tourism destinations, spread awareness and culture Community tourism, improve infrastructure and superstructure with a destination host with improving the quality of services.
