أزمة حيّ الشيخ جراح بالقدس في إطار القانون الدولي

Résumé: شهد حي الشيخ جراح بمدينة القدس المحتلة أكبر موجة للاعتداءات المستمرة من قبل المستوطنين والقوات الإسرائيلية إلى يومنا هذا، فيعود المخطط الصهيوني ضد الشعب الفلسطيني يصل إلى حد كونه سياسة مستمرة تمارس بكافة الأساليب المختلفة والمتنوعة بحق الفلسطينيين منذ تهجيرهم خلال النكبة عام 1948، فمشكلة التهجير القسري بالقوة من التحديات المعروضة على الساحة الدولية والإقليمية الذي يجد أساسه القانوني في قواعد القانون الدولي الإنساني والقانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان والقانون الدولي الجنائي الذي يجرم هذا الفعل، كما يرتبط بمجموعة من القرارات الدولية التي تعترف بهذا الحق وتؤكد على حمايته. Abstract: The Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood of occupied Jerusalem has witnessed the largest wave of continuous attacks by settlers and Israeli forces to this day. The Zionist scheme against the Palestinian people returns to the point of being a continuous policy practiced by all different and varied methods against the Palestinians since their displacement during the Nakba in 1948, so the problem of forced displacement By force, one of the challenges presented on the international and regional arena, which finds its legal basis in the rules of international humanitarian law, international human rights law, and international criminal law, which criminalize this act, and is also linked to a set of international decisions that recognize this right and emphasize its protection.
