قياس وتحليل أثر سعر الصرف الرسمي (الدينار /الدولار) على تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر دراسة حالة الجزائر للفترة ( 1990-2018 )

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى إيضاح اثر سعر الصرف على جاذبية الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر بالجزائر خلال الفترة (1990-2018) واتجاه تلك الآثار وطبيعة تأثيرها على الاقتصاد الجزائري، لتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدمت الدراسة بيانات سنوية لسلسلة زمنية خلال الفترة (1990-2018) لكل من سعر الصرف الرسمي وتدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر الوافد إلى الجزائر، كما تم استخدام اختبارات جذر الوحدة لمعرفة درجة استقرارية السلاسل، وكذا استخدام اختبار التكامل المشترك وفق طريقة انجل جرانجر. بينت نتائج الاختبارات وجود علاقة توازنية قصيرة وطويلة الأجل بين سعر الصرف وتدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في الجزائر خلال الفترة المدروسة. The study aimed at clarifying the effect of the exchange rate on the attractiveness of foreign direct investment in Algeria during the period (1990-2018) and the direction of these effects and the nature of their effect on the Algerian economy. To achieve this objective, the study used annual data for the time series (1990-2018) Official exchange and foreign direct investment inflows to Algeria. The unit root tests were used to determine the degree of chain stability, and the use of the Angel Granger joint integration test . The results of the tests showed a short-term and long-term balance between the exchange rate and foreign direct investment flows in Algeria during the period under study.
