دور المراجعة الداخلية في تعزيز حوكمة الشركات - دراسة حالة شركة الوطنية للتأمين Saaبورقلة-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسةإلى إبرازدورالمراجعةالداخلية فيتعزيزحوكمةالشركات في مؤسسةالوطنيةللتأمين بورقلةخلال الفترة 2019-2020،حيث تعالج إشكاليةهذاالبحث مدى مساهمةالمراجعة الداخليةفي تعزيزحوكمةالشركات،وبهدفالإجابةعلى هذها لاشكاليةتم تصميم إستمارةإستبيان وتوزيعهاعلى العاملين بذات المؤسسة،وبعدإسترجاعهاقمنا بعمليةالفرزوأخذالإستبياناتالصالحةللتحليل أجريتعليهاالاختباراتالإحصائيةللازمةباستخدام برنامجspss. وقد توصلتالدراسةإلى وجودعلاقة طرديةومعنويةبين المراجعةالداخلية منجهةومبادئ حوكمةالشركات منجهةأخرى،كماتوصلتالدراسةكذلك وجودفروقذاتدلالةإحصائيةبين المراجعةالداخليةوحوكمةالشركات في المؤسسةالوطنيةللتأمين بورقلةتعزىلمتغيرالفئةالوظيفيةوالمؤهل العلمي. The internal review has an important function in strengthening the corporate governance, Therefore, our thesis highlights its role in the national insurance organization of Ouaragla during the period 2019,2020, Although, this research’s problematic simulates the extant of the internal review in empowering the corporate governance, and in the aim of its answers a questionnaire form was designed and distributed between the employers of the same institution, after receiving it, we had a screening process and taking the valid questioners for analysis that have been statistically tested using the spss program. The existence of a positive and significant relationship between the internal review on one hand and the values of corporate governance in the other was shown as a result of this study, as we also concluded that there is statistically significant differences between those two in the national insurance organization of Ouaragla attributable to the category variable occupation and the academic qualification
