دور التخطيط اللغوي في تعزيز الهوية اللغوية في المجتمع الجزائري

Résumé: التخطيط اللغوي هو إحدى الاستراتيجيات المتبعة للحفاظ على اللغة داخل المجتمع، من خلال إتباع سياسة لغوية منهجية للحفاظ على الهوية اللغوية وتعزيزها في ظل رهانات هذا العصر. وكثيرا ما كان التخطيط اللغوي مرتبطا بالهوية اللغوية والثقافية للمجتمع ، ولذلك فهو وثيق الصلة بالتغيرات في النظم الثقافية والسياسية والاقتصادية للمجتمع. وقد حاولنا في مضمون هذا البحث التركيز على أهمية التخطيط اللغوي في الحفاظ على الهوية اللغوية، لأن هذه الأخيرة تعتبر مقوما من مقومات الدولة، كما أنها تتعالق مع الدين والثقافات المختلفة للمجتمع الواحد. في الختام خلصنا إلى أنّ التخطيط اللغوي في الجزائر لازال يخطو خطوات بطيئة نحو تعزيز الهوية اللغوية، وذلك نظرا للتعددية اللغوية في المجتمع الجزائري وكذا تجميد قرار التعريب؛ بالإضافة إلى تأثير الغزو الثقافي على الاستعمال اللغوي بسبب العولمة الثقافية وسلبياتها على تعزيز الهوية اللغوية داخل المجتمع. الكلمات المفتاحية:اللغة؛ الهوية اللغوية؛؛ التخطيط اللغوي؛ التعريب؛ المجتمع. Abstract : Linguistic planning is one of the strategies used to preserve language within society, through a systematic linguistic policy to preserve and promote linguistic identity under the stakes of this era. Linguistic planning has often been linked to a society's linguistic and cultural identity and is therefore relevant to changes in the cultural, political and economic systems of society. In the content of this research, we have tried to focus on the importance of linguistic planning in the preservation of linguistic identity, because the latter is considered to be a component of the State and also relates to the different religions and cultures of one society. In conclusion, in view of the multilingualism in Algerian society as well as the freezing of the decision on Arabization, Algeria's linguistic planning continues to take slow steps towards the promotion of linguistic identity; in addition to the impact of cultural invasion on linguistic use due to cultural globalization and its disadvantages on the promotion of linguistic identity within society.
