أثر سعر الصرف على الصادرات الجزائرية خارج قطاع المحروقات ( دراسة قياسية باستخدام منهجية Ardl )

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة العلاقة بين سعر الصرف والصادرات الجزائرية خارج قطاع المحروقات في الجزائر، حيث تم الإشارة إلى تطور هيكل الصادرات الجزائرية وتطور سعر الصرف خلال الفترة 2000-2020، ومن ثم قمنا بدراسة قياسية حول درجة استجابة الصادرات خارج قطاع المحروقات لسعر الصرف في الجزائر. وقد أشارت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة عكسية بين سعر الدينار مقابل الدولار والصادرات خارج المحروقات في المدى الطويل، بينما توجد علاقة طردية بين سعر الدينار مقابل الأورو والصادرات خارج المحروقات، حيث كلما ارتفع سعر الأورو نتيجة تخفيض الدينار الجزائري كلما ارتفعت نسبيا الصادرات الجزائرية. This research paper aims to study the relationship between the exchange rate and Algerian exports outside the hydrocarbons sector, where reference was made to the development of the structure of Algerian exports and the exchange rate during the period 2000-2020, then we did a standard study on the degree of response Exports outside the hydrocarbon sector for the exchange rate in Algeria. The results indicated that there is an inverse relationship between the price of the dinar against the dollar and non-hydrocarbon exports in the long term, while there is a positive relationship between the price of the dinar against the euro and non-hydrocarbon exports.
