Résumé: تنحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية توضيح أهمية الاستثمار في البنية التحتية عن طريق الشراكة بين القطاعين العام والخاص، حيث تهدف إلى بعدان أساسيان. الأول يخص أسباب و مبررات تعزيز الاستثمار في البنية التحتية عن طريق هذه الشراكة ، الثاني توضيح الأليات المقترحة لتعزيز هذه الشراكة، مما يمهد الطريق لمقدمي رأس مال التمويل الإسلامي ليصبحوا شركاء لتطوير البنية التحتية وبالتالي المساهمة في التنمية المستدامة، حيث توصلنا إلى أن الآليات التمويلية المقترحة تعتبر من أهم الآليات التمويلية لمرونتها وسهولة تطبيقها من جهة، و إمكانية مرافقتها للتمويل التقليدي في المشاريع الضخمة من البنية التحتية من جهة أخرى، فهذان النوعان من التمويل يكمِّلان بعضهما البعض لسد فجوة العجز في تمويل مشاريع البنية التحتية. through this research paper, to clarify the importance of investing in infrastructure through partnership between the public and private sectors, as it aims at two main dimensions. The first concerns the reasons and justifications for promoting investment in infrastructure through this partnership, the second is to clarify the proposed mechanisms for strengthening this partnership, which paves the way for Islamic finance capital providers to become partners for infrastructure development and thus contribute to sustainable development, as we concluded that the proposed financing mechanisms are considered One of the most important financing mechanisms for its flexibility and ease of application on the one hand, and the possibility of accompanying traditional financing in large infrastructure projects on the other hand, these two types of financing complement each other to bridge the gap in financing infrastructure projects.
