دور التسويق الصحي في تحسين جودة الخدمة الصحية دراسة حالة- مصحة الضياء بورقلة
Résumé: تناولنا في هذه الدراسة مصطلح التسويق الصحي، وحاولنا توضيح دوره على الجودة في الخدمات الصحية بالتطبيق على المؤسسات الصحية الخاصة من خلال معالجتنا للإشكالية التالية" ما مدى دور التسويق الصحي في تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية؟" ولهذا الغرض قد قمنا بتوزيع (55) استبيان على عينة زبائن المصحة و قد تم، وأظهرت هذه الدراسة انه يوجد اهتمام بالتسويق الصحي كنشاط, كما بينت النتائج و جود ارتباط ايجابي بين التسويق الداخلي و جودة الخدمة المقدمة ، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن تحسين الجودة في الخدمات الصحية، يقتضي بالضرورة تبني مفهوم التسويق الصحي من طرف المؤسسات الصحية من خلال الاهتمام بجميع أبعاده خاصة بعد العمليات. In this study, we discussed the concept of health marketing. We tried to explain its role in quality in health services by applying to private health institutions by tackling the following question: "What is the contribution of health marketing to improving the quality of health services?" For this purpose we have distributed 55 questionnaires on the sample of the clients of the clinic. This study showed that there is an interest in health marketing as an activity. The results also showed a positive correlation between health marketing and quality of service provided. Health services, it is necessary to adopt the concept of health marketing by health institutions by taking care of all its dimensions after operations
