آفاق الأمن اللغوي في الجزائر وتحدياته تعميم استعمال العربية وعلوم آدابها وثوابتها

Résumé: يتناول هذا البحث دراسة تاريخية لقضية الأمن اللغوي والأسس التي قام عليها في الجزائر، ابتداء من مرحلة الاستقلال إلى وقتنا الحاضر، وذلك بالتطرق لمختلف المقاربات والتوجهات الخاصة باللغة ومدى فعاليتها والتي من أهدافها الحفاظ على الهوية اللغوية والثقافية، إلى جانب استكمال مسار بناء الهوية الوطنية للدولة في إطار ثوابتها الدستورية: الإسلام والعروبة والأمازيغية. والذي من نتائجه تحقيق فعالية القوانين الخاصة بسياسة الأمن اللغوي وذلك ببسط استعمال العربية في مختلف الهيئات والمؤسسات الحيوية بشكل متدرج، بعدما كان الاعتماد على الفرنسية بصفة مطلقة في بدايات الاستقلال، إلى جانب التحديات التي تحول دون تحقيق الأهداف المتوخاة من سياسة الأمن اللغوي. This research deals with a historical study of the issue of linguistic security and the foundations on which it was based in Algeria, starting from the independence stage to the present time, by addressing the various approaches and orientations related to language and their effectiveness, which aims to preserve the linguistic and cultural identity, in addition to completing the path of building the national identity of the state in The framework of its constitutional constants: Islam, Arabism and Amazigh. Which results in achieving the effectiveness of laws related to language security policy by extending the use of Arabic in various vital bodies and institutions in a gradual manner, after the dependence on French was absolutely in the beginnings of independence, in addition to the challenges that prevent the achievement of the objectives of the language security policy
