المحددات الاجتماعية لممارسة المباعدة بين الولادات- دراسة ميدانية بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية العمومية سبدو ولاية تلمسان-

Résumé: ملخص إن المباعدة بين الولادات هي ممارسة فردية ذات بعد صحي تساعد على الحفاظ على صحة الأم والطفل معا، لكن تطبيق هذه الممارسة قد يتحدد بعدة عوامل اجتماعية كالسن، المستوى التعليمي، وسط الإقامة، طبيعة السكن، نوع الزواج... ولهذا الغرض سنحاول في هذه الورقة العلمية أن نسلط الضوء على مدى تأثير هذه العوامل على ممارسة المباعدة بين الولادات، ولمعرفة ذلك قمنا باستخدام المنهج الوصفي والإحصائي على عينة قصدية متكونة من 159 امرأة متزوجة في سن الإنجاب(15-49سنة) اللواتي أتين إلى مصلحة طب أمراض النساء والتوليد للمؤسسة الاستشفائية العمومية سبدو (ولاية تلمسان) سواء من اجل الوضع أو الفحص. ولجمع المعلومات والبيانات استخدمنا الاستمارة بأسئلة مغلقة وموجهة. وفي الأخير بعد معالجة البيانات إحصائيا عن طريق البرنامج الإحصائي الذي يسمى المجموعة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية(SPSS) توصلنا إلى انه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتغيرات الاجتماعية (المتغيرات المستقلة) وممارسة المباعدة بين الولادات (المتغير التابع) أو عدمها لكن شدة العلاقة تتفاوت من متغير إلى أخر. الكلمات المفتاحية: الصحة الإنجابية؛ الأسرة؛ التخطيط العائلي؛ تباعد الولادات. Abstract Birth spacing is an individual practice with a health dimension that helps preserve the health of the mother and the child together, but the application of this practice may be determined by several social factors such as age, educational level, residence, nature of housing, type of marriage... For this purpose, we will try in this scientific paper to shed light on the impact of these factors on the practice of spacing between births, and to find out that we used the descriptive and statistical method on a purposive sample of 159 married women of reproductive age (15-49 years) who came to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Sebdou’s Public Hospital (Tlemcen Province), whether for delivery or examination. To collect information and data, we used the closed and directed questions form. Finally, after processing the data statistically through the statistical program called the Statistical Group for Social Sciences (SPSS), we concluded that there are statistically significant differences between social factors and the practice of birth spacing or not, but the intensity of the relationship varies from one variable to another.
