أثر الاستثمار العمومي على البطالة والتضخم في الاقتصاد الجزائري، دراسة تحليلية في إطار منحنى فيليبس للفترة 2001- 2019

Résumé: ملخص : تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز وتحليل الأثر الذي يحدثه الاستثمار العمومي على مستويات التضخم والبطالة، مع دراسة العلاقة بينهما نظريا – في إطار منحنى فيليبس–ومحاولة إسقاط ذلك تطبيقيا على الاقتصاد الجزائري خلال الفترة 2001- 2019. خلصت هذه الدراسة الى أن زيادة حجم الاستثمارات العمومية له أثار إيجابية على البطالة (انخفاض)، بينما شكل ذلك نوع من الضغوطات التضخمية على الاقتصاد الوطني، وأن هناك علاقة عكسية بين الظاهرتين خلال الفترة 2001 - 2012، بينما هناك تلازم بينهما خلال باقي فترة الدراسة. Abstract: The study aims to highlight and analyze the impact of public investments on inflation and unemployment levels, while studying their theoretical relationship - within the framework of the Phillips curve - with an attempt to project the applied one. to the Algerian economy during the period 2001-2019 This study concluded that the increase in public investment has positive effects on unemployment (decrease), whereas this constituted inflationary pressures on the national economy, and that there is an inverse relationship between the two phenomena (2001 to 2012), while there is a correlation between them during the remainder of the study period.
