Résumé: This article is directed to the cultural sector, public libraries and the librarians who work there target to identifying or introducing the subject of cultural revitalization in which it touched its concept and characteristics and the types of cultural activities that can be established in public libraries. With a focus on this skills that must be provided at the librarian if he wants to make these activities successful. These activities are divers skills. Such as career love, self-confidence, leadership charisma, ability to strategically plan to flexibility and speed of adaptation. Finally, it was found that the application of these skills by the librarian reflect positively on cultural activities and it leaves a profound impact on individuals or the society in general.
