الجمعيات العلمية الجهوية ودورها في تأسيس المتاحف الأثرية بالجزائر خلال القرن (19)م

Résumé: يتناول موضوع، دراسة تحليلية لواقع الخلفيات الكامنة وراء تأسيس تلك المتاحف من طرف الجمعيات العلمية في استغلالها للتّراث الأثري بالجزائر في ظّل الاحتلال الفرنسي خلال القرن التّاسعة عشر (19) ميلادي؛ وكذا الظروف المتعلّقة بتأسيسها، وتنظيمها، وضبط مهامها، ومن نشاطاتها الثانوية في مجال المتاحف اقتناؤها للمجموعات الأثرية واستحداث المتاحف الأثرية الجزائرية التي كانت عبارة عن مخازن للوثائق المادية، مخصصة لفئة الباحثين، وليست موجهة لحفظ التراث الأثري الجزائري، أو توعية مجتمعه وتثقيفه، حيث اقتصرت إصدارتاها في هذا المقام على مصنفات جرد المقتنيات بأمر من الحكومة العامة في الجزائر، أي أنها لم تخرق عن نطاق توظيف التراث الأثري المنقول في خدمة سياسة الاحتلال بالجزائر على المدى القريب والبعيد، مما نتج عنها استمرار رواسب تنظيم تلك المتاحف في فترة الاستقلال على حالها، أي بعبارة أوضح خدمة أهداف المدرسة الاستعمارية بأيادي جزائرية بوعي أو دون وعي من هذه الأخيرة. This study dealt with an analytical study of the origins of the creation of these museums by scientific societies in their exploitation of the archaeological heritage in Algeria under French occupation in the 19th century. As well as the circumstances related to its foundation, organization and control of its functions. Among its secondary activities in the field of museums includes the acquisition of archaeological collections and the creation of Algerian archaeological museums, which were reserves of material documents, which is intended for the category of researchers, and not to preserve the Algerian archaeological heritage, nor to educate its community, its publications in this regard is limited to collections inventorying works by order of the general government in Algeria. That is to say, it did not deviate from the scope of the implementation of the archaeological heritage transferred to the service of the occupation policy in Algeria in the short and long term, which resulted in the continuation of the organizational deposits of these museums during the independence period because they were, in other words, in the clearest terms, the objectives of the colonial school were served by Algerian hands consciously or unconsciously of the latter.
