دور المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في تحقيق التنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر خارج قطاع المحروقات للفترة 2000-2019

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بيان الدور الذي تلعبه المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في تنويع الاقتصاد الجزائري خارج قطاع المحروقات خلال الفترة 2000-2019، وهذا كون هذه الأخيرة تعتبر من بين المصادر الحيوية لتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية. وقد أظهرت نتائج قياس أثر القيمة المضافة للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة على الناتج المحلي الإجمالي خارج قطاع المحروقات أن هناك علاقة سببية بين القيمة المضافة للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة والناتج المحلي الإجمالي خارج قطاع المحروقات إضافة إلى وجود علاقة طردية بينهما. This study aimed to show the role played by small and medium-sized enterprises in diversifying the Algerian economy outside the hydrocarbon sector during the period 2000-2019, and this is because the latter are considered among the vital sources of economic development. The results of measuring the impact of the added value of small and medium enterprises on the GDP outside the hydrocarbon sector showed that there is a causal relationship between the value added of small and medium enterprises and the GDP outside the hydrocarbon sector, in addition to a positive relationship between them.
