أثر تكاليف التغيّب وحوادث العمل على ربحية المؤسسة الصناعية دراسة حالة المركب الصناعي "ألفاديتكس" ببجاية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس التكاليف الناتجة عن تغيّب العاملين وعن حوادث العمل وإبراز أثر هذا النوع من التكاليف على ربحية المؤسسة الصناعية الجزائرية، وذلك بالتطبيق على المركب الصناعي" ألفاديتكس" ببجاية. ولقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أنّ الشركة محل الدراسة تحمّلت تكلفة خفية جدّ معتبرة ناتجة عن التغيّب وحوادث العمل، وأنّ قياس هذا النوع من التكاليف والعمل على التحكم فيها وتخفيضها إلى أدنى المستويات، يؤدي إلى زيادة معدل ربحية المركب الصناعي بنسبة قدرها 3,09 % خلال سنة 2019 وهو ما يعادل زيادة بمعدل 191 %. This study aims to measure the costs resulting from employee’s absenteeism and work accidents and highlight the impact of this type of costs on the profitability of the Algerian industrial enterprise, by applying it to the industrial complex "ALFADETEX" in Bejaia. This study found that the company under study incurred a very significant hidden cost resulting from absenteeism and work accidents, and that measuring this type of costs and working to control and reduce them to the lowest levels leads to an increase in the profit rate of the industrial complex by 3,09% within a year 2019, which is equivalent to an increase of 191%.
