ريادية العمل النقابي لترسيخ العمل التطوعي دراسة تحليلية لنقابة عمال التربية Snte الرائدة في مجال عملها بولاية الجلفة
Résumé: نهدف إلى تحديد إمكانية مساهمة ريادية العمل النقابي لنقابة عمال التربية SNTE في ترسيخ العمل التطوعي بولاية الجلفة، وقد خلصنا إلى أنّ النقابة الوطنية لعمال التربية SNTE ساهمت بتظافر جهود عمال قطاع التربية وخاصة المنخرطين فيها في العديد من النشاطات العملية التطوعية( التبرع بالدم، حملات التشجير، تكوين المكونين، شرح القوانين وبنود أخلاقيات العمل، شرح مستجدات القطاع، دورات رياضية ...إلخ). Aim to determine the possibility of union activity leadership of the Education Workers’ Union SNTE in consolidating volunteerism in the state of Djelfa. We have concluded that the National Union of Education Workers (SNTE) has contributed to many voluntary practical activities through the efforts of education workers, particularly those involved in the union (blood donation, a forestation campaigns, trainers formation, explanation of laws and work ethics clauses, explanation of the latest developments in the sector, sports courses...).
