اثر المرونة الاستباقية في ادارة الازمات دراسة ميدانية لشركة نفطال تيارت
Résumé: من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية حاول الباحثان الوقوف على مفهوم المرونة الاستراتيجية باعتبارها من المفاهيم التي لها أهمية كبيرة في ظل التغيرات السريعة والغير مؤكدة في بيئة منظمات الأعمال، وذلك كمحاولة لمعرفة أثر المرونة الاستراتيجية ممثلة في بعد المرونة الاستباقية في ادارة الازمات بأبعادها الخمسة ( الانذار المبكر والاستعداد والوقاية ,احتواء الضرر , استعادة النشاط ,التعلم). وقد أظهرت نتائج التحليل بتمتع شركة نفطال بمرونة استباقية في ادارة الازمات مع وجود أثر ذو دلالة احصائية عند مستوى الدلالة ( 0.05 = α) للمرونة الاستراتيجية الاستباقية على ادارة الازمات بأبعادها مجتمعة على مستوى شركة نفطال . Through this research paper, the researcher tried to identify the concept of strategic flexibility as an attempt to know the impact of strategic flexibility represented in the dimension of proactive flexibility in crisis management in its five dimensions (early warning and preparedness prevention, containment, recovery, learning). The results of the analysis showed that the NAFTAL company enjoyed proactive flexibility in managing crises with a statistically significant effect at the significance level (α = 0.05) for the strategic proactive flexibility on crisis management with its combined dimensions at the level of the NAFTAL company.
