Résumé: This study aimed to identify the impact of the quality of work life on the organizational citizenship behavior of doctors and nurses at the hospital institution of ophthalmology, Sadaka Ouargla, and in order to achieve this, the descriptive analytical approach was adopted. Ouargla, by distributing the questionnaire to doctors and nurses (45) organize phrases related to the dimensions of the quality of work life and phrases related to the behavior of organizational citizenship, and the statistical package program (spss) was used to analyze the questionnaire data, and the study reached a set of results inspired by that the hospital institution of Laayoune is friendship and Ouargla provides an average level of quality of work life according to the sample. And that the doctors and nurses working in the hospital institution of ophthalmology, Sadaka Ouargla, practice organizational citizenship behaviors to a high degree. As for the effect, the study concluded that there is a statistically significant effect of the dimensions of job quality of life in enhancing the behavior of organizational citizenship among doctors and nurses working in the hospital institution of ophthalmology, Sadaka and Ouargla, and this effect is due to the two dimensions of relationships. Social and the balance between personal and professional life.
