التخطيط العمراني البلدي كآلية لحماية البيئة

Résumé: يهتمّ التخطيط العمراني البلدي المستدام بتنظيم العمليات المتعلقة باستعمال الأرض على المستوى المحلي حسب احتياجات الأفراد ، على أن يدرج عند عملية إعداده البعد البيئي وذلك حتى لا يتم إهدار حقوق الأفراد المستقبلية ومن ذلك حقهم في بيئة سليمة . وهذا ما اخذ به المشرع الجزائري في القوانين العمرانية في كلا من المخطط التوجيهي للتهيئة والتعمير ومخطط شغل الأراضي. Abstract : Sustainable municipal urban planning is concerned with organizing the processes related to land use at the local level according to the needs of individuals, provided that the environmental dimension is included in its preparation process so as not to waste the future rights of individuals, including their right to a healthy environment. This is what the Algerian legislator has taken in the urban laws in both the master plan for preparation and reconstruction and the land occupation plan.
