الاحتلال الإيطالي لليبيا وردود الفعل الدولية

Résumé: يتناول المقال الحملة الظروف الدولية والمحلية التي أحاطت بالحملة الإيطالية على ليبيا سنة 1911 وردود الفعل الدولية عليها. ومعلوم أنه في سنة 1911 تعرضت طرابلس الغرب لحملة عسكرية إيطالية انتهت باحتلالها ولحاقها بالإمبراطورية الإيطالية الناشئة، ورغم مساعي الدولة العثمانية للوقوف ضد هذا الاحتلال باعتبار طرابلس الغرب جزءا من أملاكها، لكن حالة الضعف التي كانت عليها الدولة العثمانية ووقوف الدول الأوروبية إلى جانب إيطاليا حال دون ذلك. توصلت الدراسة على أن الحملة الإيطالية على ليبيا كشفت مدى ضعف الذي كانت عليه الدولة العثمانية كما تكشف عن مدى الخبث الذي تعاملت فيه الدول الأوروبية مع الحملة، فمن جهة كانت تدعي سعيها لإنهاء الخلاف بين الدولة العثمانية وإيطاليا، وفي الخفاء كانت تنسق مع إيطاليا لتنفيذ الاتفاقيات السرية المعقودة بينهم سابقا The article addresses the international and local circumstances surrounding the Italian campaign in Libya in 1911 and the local and international reactions to it. It is well known that in 1911, Tripoli was subjected to an Italian military campaign that ended with its occupation and annexation to the nascent Italian Empire. Despite the Ottoman Empire's efforts to oppose this occupation, considering Tripoli part of its possessions, the Empire's weakened state and the support of European countries for Italy prevented any effective resistance. The study concluded that the Italian campaign in Libya revealed the extent of the Ottoman Empire's weakness and the deceitful manner in which European countries dealt with the campaign. On one hand, they claimed to be striving to resolve the conflict between the Ottoman Empire and Italy, while secretly coordinating with Italy to implement previously agreed upon secret treaties
