التكوين عن بعد كآلية لتطوير المسار المهني لفائدة موظفي الأسلاك المشتركة التابعة للوظيفة العمومية في الجزائر

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على سياسة التكوين عن بعد ودورها في تعزيز وتدعيم عملية تطوير المسار المهني من أجل رفع مستوى المهارات المهنية للموظفين وتجديدها في جميع الفئات المهنية التابعة للوظيفة العمومية في الجزائر، وتوفير احتياجات الإدارات العمومية من الموارد البشرية عن طريق الترقية الداخلية، مما يؤثر إيجابا على أداء الموظفين وولائهم للمؤسسة. وقد استهدفنا في هذه الدراسة الأستاذ المرافق عبر الأرضيات البيداغوجية باعتباره أحد الأطراف الفاعلة في عملية التكوين عن بعد لفائدة الأسلاك المشتركة التابعة للوظيفة العمومية، والتي تتم بمتابعة جامعة التكوين المتواصل من أجل تكوين موظفي قطاع الوظيف العمومي، في مبادرة لتحطيم القوالب النمطية السائدة في تطوير المسار المهني للموظفين، حتى يتسنى لهم الترقية في مناصب عملهم. Abstract: This study aims to identify the policy of distance training and its role in improving and strengthening the process of career development of employees in order to improve and update the skills of staff in all professional groups of public function, and to satisfy public administrations human resource needs through internal promotion which has a positive impact on staff performance and its loyalty to the company. Through this study we have targeted the online tutor; considered as one of the main actors in the context of distance training for the benefit of the common bodies of the public function, this training provided by the University of Continuing Education (UFC) to train public function sector staff in an initiative to break down stereotypes in staff career development as well as helping them to promote their positions.
