الحياة النقابية في الجزائر المستعمرة 1884-1919.

Résumé: ملخص: يسلط المقال الضوء على فترة مهمة في تاريخ العمل والحركة العمالية في الجزائر أثناء الحقبة الاستعمارية، وتعد هذه الفترة الممتدة من سنة 1884 إلى سنة 1919 بمثابة قاعدة النشاط النقابي الجزائري، بحيث تميزت بظهور العديد من النقابات والاتحادات النقابية في جميع المجالات (عمال الطباعة، عمال البناء، الخياطة وغيرها....) ، وانتشر فكر جديد قائم على الوعي بمدى أهمية النشاط النقابي في الحياة العملية ، واستطاع العمال من خلال هذه الهيئة المستحدثة و المتمثلة في النقابة والاتحاد النقابي مناقشة ومعالجة مشاكلهم ومواجهة أرباب العمل والمحاولة من حد سياستهم الاستغلالية. Abstract: The article highlights an important period in the history of labor and the labor movement in Algeria during the colonial era, and this period from 1884 to 1919 is the basis of the Algerian trade union activity, which was characterized by the emergence of many unions and trade union federations in all (printing workers, construction workers, sewing and others....), and a new thinking spread based on the awareness of the importance of trade union activity in practical life, and the workers were able through this new body represented by the union and federation union to discuss and solve their problems, confront employers and try to limit their exploitation policy.
