Résumé: The purpose of the parliamentarytheoryis to describe the characteristics of language, itsinterpretation, itsrelationship to the contexts of its production and itscommunication objectives, whichplays an active role in the interpretation of speech. The politicaldiscourse in the Arabheritagewas the applied model chosen for the parliamentaryapproach by focusing on its issues, which are represented in the acts of speech, the exigency of dialogue, the implications of words, the slander and the pilgrims, and itis a truepoliticaldiscourse. Politicalorator tries to influence and persuade the public, and thisiswhyitisused to use speech actssothat the files are no longer just a news transmission and a description, but a performance and a performance for certain actswhosesuccess or failuredepends on whether the recipientresponds to the speaker or not. It canbesaidthatunderstanding the work and plans of the first political speakers is a way of drawing a curriculum thatspurs the path of modern and contemporaryspeakers.
