دور السلطة الوطنية المستقلة للإنتخابات في ضمان نزاهة الحملة الإنتخابية لرئاسيات 2019/12/12 بالجزائر

Résumé: إهتمت كل التشريعات بتنظيم الحــملات الإنتخابية، وذلك بإخضاعها لمجموعة من المبادئ والقواعد القانونية التي تهدف في مجموعها الى الإبقاء عليها في الإطار المخصص لها، وتحديد العلاقة التي يــجب أن تكون بين المرشحين، والجــهة المشرفة على إدارة العملية الإنتخابية ،و بين المترشحين أنفسهم من جهة أخرى . فالوصول الى إنتخابات نزيهة يمر حتما عبر حملة إنتخابية نزيهة تتولى إدارتها جهة مشرفة فعالة تكفل المساواة وتكافؤ الفرص بين جميع المرشحين . في الجزائر أوكل المشرع إدارة العملية الإنتخابية الى السلطة الوطنية المستقلة للإنتخابات التي أدارت في أول تجربة لها الإنتخابية الرئاسية لــ 12/12/2019 . All legislations cared about the organization of the electoral campaigns. And that is by subjecting them to a set of principles and legal rules that aim, in their entirety, to keep them within the framework allocated to them, and to determine the relationship that should be between the candidates and the party supervising the electoral process, and on the other hand among the candidates themselves. Achieving fair elections inevitably passes through a fair electoral campaign that is managed by an effective supervising authority that guarantees equality and equal opportunities for all candidates. In Algeria, the legislator has entrusted the management of the electoral process to the Independent National Elections Authority.
