Résumé: : تعد ظاهرة التجارة الجنسية إحدى صور الاقتصاديات المعاصرة والتي تدر مداخيل هائلة لدول ومؤسسات عالمية بطرق غير شرعية، وقد مست هذه الظاهرة شريحة الأطفال الذين يتم استغلالهم بأبشع الطرق عن طريق عمليات الاستغلال التجاري الجنسي للأطفال، والذي يتعارض بالخط العريض مع التكوين الجسدي والنفسي لهذه الشريحة من جهة، ومع حرمة هذه الأفعال من الناحية الدينية، الأخلاقية والقانونية من جهة أخرى. حيث سعت ولازالت النصوص القانونية والمواثيق الدولية بمختلف هياكلها التي تعنى بحماية الطفل تسعى لبث الوعي الأسري والاجتماعي بضرورة توفير بيئة مناسبة لرعاية الأطفال والتصدي لكافة أشكال الاعتداء من خلال تقرير عقوبات رادعة ومشددة على منتهكي الحرمة الجسدية والنفسية للطفل.
