سلطة الإدماج اللغوي والتداولي والأنثروبولوجي في مقدِّمات كتاب الموافقات للشاطبي The Authority Of Linguistic, Deliberative, And Anthropological Inclusion In The Introductions To Al-mawafaat Al-shatibi
Résumé: الملخص: تستهدف مادّة هذا البحث الأحكام الضابطة التي تطرحها مقدِّمات كتاب الموافقات للشاطبي، والأدوات المنهجية اللازمة لقراءة كتاب موسوعي في التأليف الأصولي، والحوافز التي توفرها هذه المقدِّمات لمواصلة القراءة والإقبال عليها. وفي كَنَفِ هذه الأَبْعَاد نَقِف على كيفية تأصيل القواعد وتأسيس الكليات في مقدِّمات كتاب الموافقات، والتآلف الحاصل بين العقل والنص، وإحداثيات النص الزمانية والمكانيّة، والاستدلالات التي حشدها الشاطبي ضِمْنَ هذا الأُفق. Abstract : This research is concerned with the regulatory provisions introduced in Eshatibi’s book “Almouafaqat” introductions, the required methodological tools for reading an encyclopaedic book in the fundamentalistic authorship, as well as the motivations provided by these introductions for carrying on reading and make it popular. Within these dimensions, we’ve focused on how the rules are founded, the establishment of faculties in the book’s introductions, the acquaintance between the cognition and the text, the text setting, and the semantics within this horizon.
