جهود الجزائر في الحدّ من ظاهرة البطالة

Résumé: ملخص: تحاول الدراسة عرض مختلف النظريات التي حاولت تحليل الاختلال في سوق العمل، والتطرق إلى المفاهيم المتعلقة بسوق العمل. كما تهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل تطور معدل البطالة في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1962- 2018، وكذا عرض الجهود التي بذلتها الجزائر في مواجهة الاختلال في سوق العمل والحدّ من ظاهرة البطالة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن: إنشاء العديد من الوكالات على غرار (ANSEJ)، (ADS)، (ANEM)، و(CNAC) لم يساهم في تخفيض البطالة خلال الفترة 1990-2004؛ وأن تطبيق البرامج التنموية خلال الفترة 2001- 2014 قد ساهم في تخفيض معدل البطالة الإجمالي خلال الفترة 2001-2018، إلا أن معدل البطالة لدى الشباب خلال الفترة 2011 - 2018 بقى مرتفعاً. Abstract: The study aims to present various theories that tried to analyze the disequilibrium in the labor market, and to provide some concepts related to the labor market. This study also aims to analyze the development of the unemployment rate in Algeria during the period 1962-2018, as well as show the efforts made by Algeria in Address disequilibrium of the labor market and reducing the unemployment rates. The study concluded that: Creating of several Agencies did not contributed to reducing unemployment during the period 1990-2004; But the application of development programs during the period 2001-2014 has contributed In reducing the general unemployment rate during the period 2001-2018, However, the youth unemployment rate during the period 2011-2018 remained high.
