الانتقال المستمر من قبل الجزائر إلى إمدادات طاقة منخفضة الكربون
Résumé: ملخص: تهدف الورقة البحثية إلى توضيح الإطار العام للطاقة المتجددة والانتقال الطاقوي إلى إمدادات الطاقة منخفضة الكربون، من خلال تحليل مؤشر الأمم المتحدة للتحول في مجال الطاقة، مع الإشارة إلى الجزائر كدراسة حالة. حيث أظهرت النتائج أن الجزائر أحرزت تقدم بخصوص التحول الطاقوي في فترة الدراسة من 2015 إلى 2024. حيث سجلت عام 2024 في أداء نظام الطاقة 65.1 نقطة والتحول الطاقي 29.7 نقطة. Abstract: The research paper aims to clarify the general framework for renewable energy and the energy transition to low-carbon energy supply, by analyzing the United Nations Energy Transformation Index concerning Algeria as a case study. The results showed that Algeria made progress on the energy transition in the study period from 2015 to 2024. In 2024, the performance of the power system recorded 65.1 points, and the energy transformation was 29.7 points.
