Résumé: ملخص: أصبح البحث في الدراسات البلاغية يلزمنا المرور على مكتبات التراث العربي، أين تتجلى القيمة البحثية الهامة لمنجزات الدرس البلاغي العربي عبر مر التاريخ. ولعل من صور ذلك؛ الفكر البلاغي لدى حازم القرطاجني القرطاجني، وهو ما سنحاول الإجابة عليه في هاته الورقة البحثية، من خلال الإشكالية التالية: - ماهي منطلقات الفكر البلاغي لدى حازم القرطاجني؟ وما هي مراحل تطوره؟ Summary: Research in rhetorical studies has become basic to intergrate through the libraries of Arab heritage, where the research value of the achievements of the Arab rhetorical lesson throughout history is evident. So as; The rhetorical thought of Hazem Al-Qirtagni, would be answered ôn this technical documentation, through the following problem: - What are the premises of the rhetorical thought of Hazem Al-Qirtagni?
