Résumé: "لقد تضمّن هذا البحث علما من علوم الحديث؛ وهو علم الجرح والتعديل، حيث ركز على مسألة مهمّة في الجرح والتعديل وهي مسألة ضبط الراوي. حيث تبيّن في البحث مفهوم الضبط: وهو أن يكون الراوي للحديث: حافظا إنْ حدّث من حفظه، ضابطاً لكتابه إنْ حدّث من كتابه. كما تضمّن البحث الأمور التي كانت سببا في اختلال الضبط، وذكرنا جملة من الأسباب، من بينها تولّي منصب القضاء، كما تناول البحث ذكر الروّاة الذين اشتغلوا به، ومنهم القاضي شريك بن عبد الله، ودراسة بعض مروياته التي وردت في الكتب الستّة، وتأثير تولّي القضاء على هذه المرويات. " "research included a This science of Hadith، a science of wound and modification (el-djorhwataadil)، where he focused on the important issue in the wound and modification is the matter of tuning the narrator . Where the research shows the concept of control: is to be the narrator of Hadith: memorizing of what he talks from his memory،adjusting his book if he talks from his book . The research also included thing that were the cause of the imbalance of control، and mentioned a number of reason،including the assumption of the judiciary. The study also mentioned the narrators who worked in it، including Judge Shrek bin Abdullah، and study some of his contents mentioned in the six books and the effect of judge job on these containers . "
