دور الكلمة المنطوقة الالكترونية في تحسين الصورة الذهنية للمقصد السياحي ــ دراسة حالة ولاية تيارت ــ

Résumé: استهدفت الدراسة ابراز دور الكلمة المنطوقة الإلكترونية في تحسين الصورة الذهنية للمقصد السياحي ـ ولاية تيارت كمقصد سياحي ـ من خلال التركيز على ابعاد الكلمة المنطوقة الإلكترونية من مصداقية وكثافة ومحتوى بالإضافة الى إيجابية وسلبية الكلمة وتاثيرها على الصورة الذهنية للمقصد وذلك من خلال استبيان الكتروني تم توزيعه على 100 عينة عشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة , وكانت نتائج الدراسة كالتالي : يوجد اثر ذات دلالة إحصائية للكلمة المنطوقة الالكترونية على الصورة الذهنية للمقصد السياحي. اما بالنسبة للابعاد فكانت النتائج كالاتي : يوجد اثر ذات دلالة إحصائية لكل من الكلمة الإيجابية والسلبية ,وكثافة الكلمة على الصورة الذهنية للمقصد. في حين لايوجد اثر ذات دلالة إحصائية لكل من مصداقية الكلمة ,ومحتواها على الصورة الذهنية للمقصد السياحي The study aimed to demonstrate the role of the electronic word-of-mouth in improving the mental image of Tiaret as a tourist destination. The study focused on several dimensions of electronic word-of-mouth, including credibility, intensity, content, positivity and negativity, and their impact on the destination's mental image. Data were collected through an electronic questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of 100 respondents was selected from the study population. And The results indicated a statistically significant effect of electronic word-of-mouth on the tourist destination mental image. Regarding the dimensions, there was a statistically significant effect of both positive and negative word-of-mouth, as well as word-of-mouth intensity, on the destination’s image. However, no statistically significant effect was found for the credibility or content of the word-of-mouth on the destination’s image.
