غموض الدور وعلاقته بالضغوط المهنية لدى مستشاري التوجيه المدرسي والمهني

Résumé: الملخص: أجريت الدراسة الحالية بهدف الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين غموض الدور والضغط المهني لدى مستشاريالتوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني، كما تهدف إلى إبراز أهمية موضوع خدمات التوجيه في المؤسسات التربوية. حيث استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي بتطبيق أداتين هما:مقياس غموض الدور والذي يتكون من 29 بندا. - مقياس الضغوط المهنية الممثل بـــ (04) أبعاد مفرغة في (29) بندا. تمت دراسة العلاقة على عينة من (80) مستشار توجيه مدرسي من ثانويات ولاية الوادي وكذا ولاية تبسة، ولقد تم اختيارهم بطريقة غرضيه. وفي المعالجة الإحصائية استخدمنا أسلوب (بيرسون) فتوصلنا بعدها إلى النتائج التالية: "توجد علاقة بين غموض الدور والضغوط المهنية لدى مستشاريالتوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني". "توجد علاقة ارتباطيه ذات دلالة إحصائية بين غموض الدور والضغوط المهنية النفسية لدى مستشاريالتوجيهوالإرشاد المدرسي والمهني". " توجد علاقة ارتباطيه ذات دلالة إحصائية بين غموض الدور والضغوط المهنية الاقتصادية لدى مستشاري التوجيهوالإرشاد المدرسي والمهني". " توجد علاقة ارتباطيه ذات دلالة إحصائية بين غموض الدور والضغوط المهنية الاجتماعية لدى مستشاري التوجيهوالإرشاد المدرسي والمهني". "لا توجد علاقة ارتباطيه ذات دلالة إحصائية بين غموض الدور والضغوط المهنية الأسرية لدى مستشاري التوجيهوالإرشاد المدرسي والمهني". Résumé : The present study was conducted in order to reveal the nature of the relationship between the ambiguity of the role and the professional pressure of the counselors of guidance and guidance school and vocational, and aims to highlight the importance of the subject of guidance services in educational institutions. Where we used the descriptive method associated with the application of two tools: the scale of ambiguity of the role, which consists of 29 items. - A professional pressure scale represented by (40) dimensions in a total of (29) items. The study was conducted on a sample of (80) school guidance counselors from the state of El-oued as well as the state of Tebessa. In the statistical analysis we used the PEARSON method and then we reached the following results: "There is a relationship between the ambiguity of the role and the pressures of professional guidance counselor and guidance school and vocational." "There is a significant statistical correlation between the ambiguity of the role and the psychological pressure of the counselors and guidance school and vocational." "There is a correlation between statistical significance between the ambiguity of the role and the pressures of economic career counselors and guidance and guidance school and vocational." "There is a correlation between statistical significance between the ambiguity of the role and the pressures of social social guidance counselors and guidance school and vocational." "There is no correlation between statistical significance between the ambiguity of the role and the pressures of professional family counselors guidance and guidance school and vocational."
