حماية حقوق الطفل في القانون الجزائري على ضوء المعايير الدولية في ظل خصوصيات الطفل ومُقَوِّمات الأسرة

Résumé: للطفل خصوصيّات تميزُّه عن باقي الفئات الإجتماعية بما يقتضي إحاطته بحماية أوفر. فهو إذا من الفئات الاجتماعية الخاصة والتي تحظى برعاية الأسرة والدولة والمجتمع. فيجب أن 'يتمتع كل طفل... بجميع الحقوق... لا سيما الحق في الحياة وفي الاسم وفي الجنسية وفي أسرة وفي الرعاية الصحّية والمساواة والتربية والتعليم والثقافة والترفيه وفي احترام حياته الخاصة. "فالحق في أن تكون له أسرة هو حق من حقوقه الأساسية، باعتبار الأسرة الخلية الأساسية في المجتمع. وهو يمارسها في كليهما (في الأسرة والمجتمع) بكل انسجام وتكامل في آن واحد على نحو ما تُحَدِّدُه الأنظمة القانونية والأحكام الشرعية والمعايير الدولية في مجال حماية حقوق الطفل والطفولة. Abstract: The child has particularities that distinguish him from other social groups, which requires him to be surrounded by greater protection. It is therefore one of the special social groups that enjoys the care of t he family, the State and society. Every child must 'enjoy...all rights... in particular, the right to life, name, nationality, family, health care, equality, education, culture, recreation and respect for his or her private life. "The right to a have family is one of its fundamental rights, as the family is the basic cell of society. He/She practices them in both (in the family and society) in harmony and complementarity at the same time, as determined by legal systems, Sharia rulings and international standards in the field of protecting children’s rights and childhood.
