تأثير تراجع أسعار النفط على التنمية في الجزائر

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة لمعرفة تأثير تراجع أسعار النفط على التنمية في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2012- 2019، وتداعيات ذلك على جهود الجزائر في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية المستدامة، ومن خلال تحليل الإشكالية توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: أن الاقتصاد الجزائري رهينة لتقلبات أسعار النفط في سوق تشهد عدم الاستقرار، وجاءت عدة توصيات أهمها: إعادة النظر في سياسات التنمية والتمويل المحلي بإعطاء سلطة القرارات للسلطات المحلية بهدف تفعيل التنمية المحلية، وخلق مناطق نشاطات صناعية محلية وتفعيل الجباية المحلية. Abstract: This study aims to know the impact of the decline in oil prices on development in Algeria during the period 2012-2019, and its implications for Algeria's efforts to achieve sustainable economic development, and through an analysis of the problem the study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: that the Algerian economy is hostage to fluctuations of oil prices in the market Experiencing instability, and several recommendations came up, the most important of which are: Reconsidering local development and financing policies by giving decision-making authority to local authorities in order to activate local development, create local industrial activity areas and activate local collection.
