التطبيقـات العمليـة لعصرنـة قـطـاع العـدالـة -الموقع الإلكتروني لوزارة العدل نموذجا-

Résumé: إن عصرنة قطاع العدالة من أهم مظاهر تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية للمرفق العام، ويعتبر الموقع الإلكتروني لوزارة العدل من أبرز الإصلاحات التي مست هذا القطاع، أين تم من خلاله تقديم مجموعة من الخدمات الإلكترونية، وهي ما سنحاول تسليط الضوء عليه في هذا البحث، من خلال إظهار التطبيق العملي لعصرنة قطاع العدالة عن طريق الموقع الإلكتروني لوزارة العدل. ولدراسة ذلك تم اعتماد المنهج التحليلي الوصفي، أين تم التوصل إلى أن الموقع الالكتروني لوزارة العدل جسد فعلا الإدارة الالكترونية وهو ما يظهر جليا من تنوع في الخدمات المقدمة، مع ملاحظة محاولة هذا القطاع تطوير هذا الموقع وذلك بتحديثه ومحاولة التوسع في الخدمات. The modernization of the justice sector is one of the most important aspects of the application of electronic management of the public facility, and the website of the Ministry of Justice is considered the most important embodiment of this, where a range of electronic services were provided, which we will try to highlight in this intervention, by demonstrating the practical application of modernization of the justice sector through the website of the Ministry of Justice. To study this, a descriptive analytical approach was adopted, where it was concluded that the website of the Ministry of Justice truly embodied electronic management, which is clearly evident from the diversity of services provided, noting that this sector is trying to develop this website by updating it and trying to expand services.
