دور الابتكار البيئي بالمؤسسات البترولية في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة دراسة حالة شركة سوناطراك

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور الابتكار البيئي بالمؤسسات البترولية في تحقيق أبعاد التنمية المستدامة، مع التركيز على البعد البيئي، حيث تعد المؤسسات البترولية من بين المؤسسات الاقتصادية الأكثر تلويثا للبيئية، إذ أن هناك إجماع متزايد حول الحاجة إلى تقليل العبء البيئي للأنشطة الاقتصادية، في وقت أصبح التلوث البترولي مشكلة تواجه العديد من دول العالم من بينها الجزائر. لذلك أصبح الابتكار البيئي يمثل الاستراتيجية الرئيسية المطبقة للحفاظ على رأس المال البيئي، وزيادة الكفاءة الاقتصادية، حيث جاءت هذه الدراسة من أجل معرفة واقع الابتكار البيئي وكذا دوره في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في الشركة الوطنية سوناطراك. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن شركة سوناطراك ملتزمة بالابتكار البيئي، الأمر الذي انعكس ايجابا على ابعاد التنمية المستدامة على مستوى المؤسسة وساهم في دعم البعد البيئي للتنمية المستدامة في الجزائر. Our study aims to highlight the role of environmental innovation within petroleum corporations in achieving the dimensions of sustainable development, with more emphasis on the environmental dimension, the fact that petroleum corporations are among the economic institutions that are most polluting to the environment, and that oil pollution has become a worldwide problem facing many countries around the world, including Algeria has created a growing consensus on the urgent need to address the environmental burdens of economic activities. Therefore, environmental innovation has become the main applicable strategy for preserving the environmental capital and maximizing economic efficiency, with the ultimate aim of achieving sustainable development. The national company Sonatrach was chosen as a model for our study. The study concluded that Sonatrach has embarked on the path of environmental innovation, which was reflected positively on the dimensions of sustainable development at the corporate level, and thus contributing to full support of the environmental dimension of the Sustainable development in Algeria.
