الخدمات العمومية الالكترونية في الجزائر:نحو إرساء الحكومة الالكترونية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى التعرف على الخدمات الالكترونية التي توفرها مختلف القطاعات الجزائرية، و التي تعمل من خلالها على تبسيط الإجراءات و القضاء على البيروقراطية، و قد تم إحصاء هذه الخدمات الالكترونية بالاعتماد على المواقع الرسمية لهذه الوزارات و الهيئات، كما اعتمدت الدراسة على مؤشر الخدمات الالكترونية و الذي يعتبر أحد مكونات مؤشر تنمية الحكومة الالكترونية الصادر عن الأمم المتحدة، أين تم عرض ترتيب الجزائر حسب هذا المؤشر للفترة 2014-2018، في ظل الانجازات و النجاحات العالمية. : This research paper aims to identify the e- services provided by various Algerian sectors, through which it simplifies procedures and eliminates bureaucracy, and these services have been calculated by relying on the official websites of these ministries and agencies, The study also relied on the e- services index, which is one of the components of the United Nations e-government development index, where algeria's ranking according to this indicator was presented for the period 2014-2018, in light of global achievements and successes.
